Dr Duong has extensive training in plastics and reconstructive surgery. He runs a weekly bulk billed skin cancer check for Medicare card patients.
Policy Overview
• As of November 1st 2025, all Skin Cancer Checks are fully bulk billed, regardless of whether the patient holds a Health Care Card (HCC), Pension Card.
• No private fees apply for any patient with a valid medicare card for skin checks
Scope of Bulk-Billed Skin Checks
• Bulk-billed appointments cover up to two (2) regions of the body per consultation (e.g. legs and back, or arms and chest). You will need multiple appointments to cover the full body.
• These are targeted skin checks, not full-body examinations.
